First, you must be a National Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) member. 

• If you're not already a member, join one of the following ways:
  
  • Call 1-800-CLUB-HOG (1-800-258-2464) to join
  • Register online here 
  • If you just purchased a new motorcycle, you will be provided a 1-year national and local H.O.G. membership by All American Harley-Davidson

Next, come to a Chapter meeting and complete the Membership Form.
